E-mail chaos and project collaboration

The newly revamped Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) put in place December 1, 2006 will require everyone in the organization to adapt to changes in everyday procedures in order to meet these new requirements.

One of the key compliance beasts to get under control is the e-mail chaos. The solution must be intuitive and an integral part of revamped business processes in order for employees to adhere to it.

The kitchen sink approach to e-mail archiving will NOT work. E-mails like other documents such as WORD, Excel, Powerpoint, PDF, etc. must be managed and archived in the context of the business process to which they belong.

cBrain has added new functionality to its e-mail management system helping organizations comply with FRCP without being disruptive to everyday work. This updated e-mail solution for Exchange/Outlook and NOTES is an integral part of cBrain's Process Driven Document Management solutions.
